How quickly do you respond to IT support calls?

We aim to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible. For urgent issues we will prioritise your call and aim to have someone working on the problem within the hour. Remote support means we can often resolve issues without needing to visit your premises, getting you back up and running faster.

Do you offer remote support or only on-site?

We offer both! The majority of IT issues can be resolved remotely, which means faster response times and less disruption to your business. Where on-site support is needed — for hardware installations, AV setups or network work — we will visit your premises across Worthing and Sussex.

How much does IT support cost?

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Worthing and primarily cover West Sussex and East Sussex. We support businesses across the wider Sussex area including Worthing, Brighton, Chichester, Crawley, Horsham and surrounding towns. Remote support means we can also assist businesses further afield.

Can you support Microsoft 365?

Can you help with video conferencing setup?

We work with Huddly cameras, Yealink equipment and 8×8 to deliver professional video conferencing setups that work seamlessly with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Do you offer contracts or ad-hoc support?

We offer both. Some businesses prefer the flexibility of ad-hoc support — calling us when they need help. Others prefer the peace of mind of an ongoing support arrangement with agreed response times. We’ll work with you to find the right model for your business. Either way there are no pushy sales tactics and no long lock-in contracts.
